Job Summary: The Office Team Member will perform various routine clerical duties to support the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Performs administrative and clerical support including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
• Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
• Serves as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and applicants.
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
• Copies, sorts, and files records and related office activities, business transactions and other matters.
• Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
• Receives and sorts incoming mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items; processes outgoing mail.
• Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as student records; maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.
• Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
• Maintains front office supplies inventory.
• Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
• Manages calendars and schedules appointments.
• Closes the building(s) at end of shift.

• This position is part-time, hourly pay, non-exempt and qualifies for overtime pay for hours worked over 40 hours per week. This position will record hours worked to the Controller.

We are searching for a reliable person to fill a maintenance position at the Clark School. Currently, we are evaluating full-time and part-time options. The General Maintenance primary responsibility is to perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities, which may include basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. This position will also work with outside vendors in providing additional maintenance and repairs, as necessary. This position reports to the Head of School.
Qualified Applicants:
Two years experience working in a maintenance capacity, ideally for a school or similar facility
Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Available Monday-Friday for a shift between 6:30am-3:30pm, in addition to occasional times outside of the regular schedule for special events
Ability to pass a CORI and fingerprint check
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.
Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance through Controller’s office.
Report any safety concerns or faulty equipment immediately to the Head of School.

We are searching for a long term substitute teacher, whose responsibilities would include teaching grades Pre-K, Kindergarten and Grade 1. Candidates will be asked to deliver content across the curriculum, including Language Arts, Social Studies, Math, and Science. The ideal substitute teacher will be able to manage classroom behavior, quickly interpret lesson plans and maintain reports to inform the students’ permanent teacher of their success. The candidate must be flexible and enjoy teaching.
Qualified Applicants:
Have an earned Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field and have experience with students grades Pk - 1
A minimum of one year successful experience working with age group
Successful experience working as part of a team
Duties and Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):
Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to create a cohesive and consistent learning experience for students
Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation, minimize distractions and maintain a positive learning environment
Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of each individual student
Supervise students in and out of the classroom, including in the halls, during recess and outdoors, as needed or requested
Provide in-class and at-home assignments based on the available lesson plan
For long-term substitutes: develop lesson plans and assignments consistent with the regular teacher’s past lesson plans
Ability to adapt curriculum to the needs of students and to accommodate circumstances where a variety of projects are being worked on simultaneously
Significant use of technology while delivering the curriculum and content, including (but not limited to):
Use of the Google Suite across multiple devices

We are searching for a reliable, caring person for a part-time, split-shift position transporting our students to and from school. Up to 20 hours per week during a typical school week; we pay on allocated holidays and snow days. Position begins as soon as possible, and is contracted through the end of the school year.
Qualified Applicants:A valid Class-D driver’s license for the last three years with a satisfactory driving record
Be at least 21 years of age

Duties and Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):
Pick up students from each of three bus stops every morning and reverse the route in the afternoon every weekday when school is in session.
Routine upkeep of School vehicles; including but not limited to refueling, basic operational checks, and maintaining interior cleanliness.
