From the Head
For nearly 30 years, we have provided a unique and individualized program. Each student at Clark School is given the opportunity to shine in areas in which he or she is already well suited, and to develop greater competence and self-reliance in areas that may pose academic challenges.
Our goal is to entice young men and women with the thrill of knowledge, to encourage them to become lifelong learners and deep thinkers, and to embrace the challenges that lie ahead. We strive to provide students with the tools for healthy social development, good study habits, time-management and problem-solving skills, and ultimately a valuable education.
We set ourselves apart from other schools by encouraging children to make mistakes. We feel that students truly grow only through error and acceptance of the fact that they will indeed make mistakes. We want our students to learn and to push themselves in a safe environment that respects the process of growth and maturation.
Our hope is that every child leaves our family with self-confidence and a sense of joy for learning.
